Recommended for beginners in colony simulation. The characters are cute, and as long as you take care of your head count and food, you will basically never be wiped out.  Compared to other games of the same type, I have the impression that you can clear the game without flexibly changing your strategy depending on the starting environment. I think for management and builder gamers, there is something to love. But there is also something for cozy gamers too because you can turn off the invasions if so wish. Having it be purely build, explore and management. The management UI is not the most straightforward and easiest to use, but managing a kingdom is never not a tedious job anyway. The Long Dark
